FAQs

  • The membership period shall be for a period of one (1) year (“Initial Period”).  After the Initial Period, the membership shall automatically renew each year. 

    Either party may cancel the membership at any time by giving 30-day written notice to the other party. However, any membership that is terminated prior to the expiration date will be charged an early termination fee of $100 that will be charged to the credit card on file. 

  • Membership fees are charged at the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, you will be charged the full amount for that month, and then again on the first of the following month. Be sure to let us know if you’d prefer to wait for your billing to begin on the first of the next month.

  • If you don’t use the services included in your membership during a particular month, the monthly charge can be applied toward any of our services of your choice and will roll over to the following month. However, if any of the treatments listed in your membership are used, the rollover option is not available.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and designed for individual use only. Each member enjoys personalized benefits, tailored to their unique wellness and aesthetic goals.

  • The Epic Hero membership provides the highest level of savings across all services, offering exclusive pricing and discounts that aren’t available with other memberships. You can save over $299 + each month, making it the perfect choice for those looking to maximize their wellness and aesthetic care at the best value.
